Well let me tell you... I so could not wait to try out my new Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2 Cricut cartridge so I set to work yesterday in my Scrapbook Room and low and behold... this is what I ended up with!

-I cut 8 of the Scallop Rossette cuts and scored them and folded them and glued them together and then around the cupcake box to create a cupcake liner effect.
-I cut the Leaves and Flowers from the Digital Mother's Day Bouquet using Cricut Craftrroom a free software program for Cricut Users.
- I rolled up some patterned paper with some twine taped to the inside to create the candle.
- I stamped the sentiment on the PTI Banner Die and fastened it to the candle.

Over the next month or so I will be catching up on my publications on posts throughout the weekends! I have recently received another 3 publication packages back so thought I would update my blog!
Dee, Regan and I were all published in the Premier Issue of the Cricut Magazine that came out in February/March of 2011
Here is the card that I had in the magazine and it is on Page 37!

From the Preserves cartridge, die cut two apples from whtie cardstock. Score the top of one and adhere it to the other apple to create a card base. Die cut another apple from brown cardstock and adhere it to the front of the card. Die cut the layers of he apple in green cardstock and red cardstock, and add the leaves and apple to the card. Use patterned paper for the centre of the apple and adhere brown seeds to it. Apply a thin layer of Glossy Accents to the seeds. Print a sentiment onto the white cardstock, cut it out and ink the edges. Tie a bow with ribbon and adhere it to the edge of the sentiment and attach both to the top of the apple. The Weekly Challenge on the Cricut Circle Blog is to Scrapbook Things We Love and to include a tag and a negative cut! I created the following Layout showcasing my Niece and 2 Nephews! I also played around Cricut Craftroom to create the little Negative cut banner pieces!
The Negative Cut I decided to use is one I created using Cricut Craftroom. I used the Banner from Pg 65 of the Martha Stewart All Occaisions Cake art and placed the Heart from the Craftroom Basics set in the centre of the banner. I cut 5 out of the green patterned paper and then removed the heart from each banner and cut the banner pices from the red patterned paper - I pop dotted each of the green banner cuts on top of the red one to create a layered look using the negative cut from the heart shape.
The Apple is cut from the Wrap It Up Cricut cartridge, I added a tag and made the title read "So Sweet That I Love you to the Core"
I used some PTI Dies to create the clouds beacuase I just could resist adding any and the heart stickers were just the perfect addition!
Products Used: Cricut Expression, Cricut Craftroom, Wrap It Up Cricut Catridge (Apple), Martha Stewart All Occaisions Cake Art Cartridge (Banner), Craft Room Basics Shapes (Heart) McGill Punch (Tag), Patterned Paper & Embelishments: Jillebean Apple Cheddar Soup, American Crafts Stickers (Love, You, Core), PTI Twine and Cloud Dies.

I had fun again in my Scraproom today... I cut a 3D Building from the Winter Woodlands cartridge to create this little welcome back to school treat container!
The building does not come with a bottom to contain the treats so I created a little box lid for the bottom so that it could contain some tasty treats!

The challenge this month is to create a gift for someone. Here I created a heart shaped gift box with a matching card and filled it with som Hershy's Hugs &Kisses! I thought it suited the theme!
I hand cut out 3 of the X0's from a seccond card and pop dotted them and added a little glossy accents to make the card a little glittery.
I used the Sentimentals Cricut Cartrdige to create the stamp like card base and I ran the cut through a zyron sticker maker and added a little glitter to the front of the card base
The Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cartridge was used to create the heart shaped box and the Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake Art to cut the additional Glittered Scallop Heart.
