Crazy Card Party #24 - Canada Day, Red & White (Oh Happy Day Eh!)

The Challenge this week on Crazy Card Party is to use the colours Red and White!  I could not resist making a cute little Canada Day Card!  I also used my Cricut for the scalloped Square and Leaf!

Details:
  1. Cut  the Scalloped Square with the Shadow feature from Black Cardstock at 4 ½”.
  2. Trim the edges off of a Red Doily.
  3. Hand cut the Picture frame  from the patterned paper.
  4. Stamp the sentiment in the centre of the frame
  5. Cut 3 of the Leaf at 2” using Real Dial Size and the icon buttons from Striped patterned paper and Red cardstock.
  6. Using the cuttlebug and the tiny tags die cut the heart die from patterned paper and stamp Eh!
  7. Using a paper towel and white pigment ink create a chalkboard look by rubbing the link with the paper towel onto the black cardstock shape.
  8. Score a square in the centre of the scallops and draw a white line just inside the scored lines – fold up the scallps.
  9. Glue black scalloped piece to white card base.
  10. Add the rest of pieces with glue and pop dots.
