LRW - Challenge #48 - Make your own embelishment!

The challenge this week was to use a homade embelishment on your project! I had made this feltie tree a while ago and could not wait to use it!

Giraffe Baby Card!

I posted the Wed Card Challenge this past week on Two Scrapbook Friends.  The challenge is to make a baby card!  I created this cute little fellow for Dee's Baby Shower Card! 

Items used:  Crate Paper, Cricut, New Arrival Cartridge, I used some leather trim for his neck and the Sentiment Ribbon and Twin are PTI.  I also used a little pearls for his nose and eyes and some chalk for the rosy cheeks.

LRW-Challenge #47 - Glitter!

It is Wednesday again and our challenge at Little Red Wagon is to use Glitter!  I made this card at the Two Scrapbook Friends crop a couple of weeks ago!  I created rolled flowers and added glitter to them after they were rolled. I also added glitter around the sentiment!

LRW - Challenge#46 - Stars

Well, I really do not know where time goes anymore...  It is Wednesday again and our chalenge this week is to use stars on your project... Here is a card I created with this theme! 

Details are as follows:    Cardstock is PTI, Bling is from Dollarama, Patterned Paper is My Mind's Eye Party time!  Sentiment and Star are from the PTI stamp set titled:  Star Prints!

LRW-Challeng#45-Use a Photo on a card!

This weeks challenge on Little Red Wagon is to use a Photo on a card! This was such a cool idea and right away I thought of this picture I took this past spring! I just love the look of the new fresh tulip against the look of the old weathered fence!

Two Scrapbook Friends - September DT Reveal!

Here is my Two Scrapbook Friends DT Reveal for September! Have I told you yet just how much I have been enjoying being a part of the team! I am so enjoying playing around with such cool products! This month I had products from the Fancy Pants Road Show Line!

Here is picture I took at the end of June! The girls took me for a little pampering before a night out on the town!

Kit add ons: Prima Flower and Leaves, Thickers for the Title are from my stash..

I have been patiently waiting to find just the right products to create this layout! Ever since my nephew could barley talk we have had this saying that is so precious to me that I knew I wanted to record it before he decided he was too old to do anymore... whenever I say Hey there Romeo he always replies... Hi there Juliet!
Kit add ons: Ribbon, Bling, Chipboard Letters, hearts from my stash... again I added some paint and glitter!

This picture was taken the same night as my Pretty Toes pic from the layout above! These are my girls that I have hung out with through thick and thin in my life!

The challenge this week is posted by Regan and her choice is to use Paint! The chipboard letters that spell the word WISH on this layout have been painted and then glittered using glue and some sparkley Glitter! I was searching in my stash for the right colour of letters for this layout one night and could not find any... so I decided to paint paint some existing ones!

This layout is also one of my DT layouts for Two Scrapbook Friends September Release... I have to say... these papers are so beautiful but so hard to cut since they are so pretty and all! I decided to start with this line of paper by basically finding some inspiration from existing layouts! This layout was inspired by one created by Amy Peterman which I found on the Fancy Pants Blog. When I first saw this layout I just knew it was perfect to record this moment in my life!

And yes... for all you who are wondering... I AM NOW 40!
