LRW - Challenge#34 - Canada Day or 4th of July

I have no idea where the last week has gone... I got home from Niagara on Sat and it seems like all I did was blink and it is Wed already!

Dee is Challenging us on Little Red Wagon this week to create a project for Canada Day or the 4th of July... here is my card I created!

Details are as follows: I used the Swiss Dots cuttlebug folder to emboss the base red cardstock - added some new ribbon I picked up at Hobby Lobby - My dad took me for a drive across the border! Cut the Maple Leaf out of White Cardstock and used the negative shape - I stamped the saying clebrate today with the PTI Mixed Messages sentiment - Ink and cardstock are PTI. I added a little bling and tada... finished card!

LRW Challenge#33 - Use Beads!

Well, I am in Niagara Falls for a Conference this week for Work! We are staying at the Hilton Fallsview and it is just gorgeous here!

This week's challenge was issued by Rosanne and we were to use Beads on our project! I have to say I have had these nice little glass beads in my stash for years! And this is the first time I have opened the package! I used them for the centre of the Flower with a Little Glossy Accents!

Details: Spellbinder die - to create the flower base! I used a cricut cartridge for the leaves and a EK Success scalloped circle for the centre of the flower!

LRW - Challenge #31 - Altered Embellishments

Well it is Wed and it was my turn to pick the challenge for Little Red Wagon this week... I can not wait to see what everyone does with changing up their embellishments! Here is my card I created this week...
I really wanted to give the centres of the flowers a little more than just a plain brad so I flocked them using a little glossy accents and some yellow flock!

Looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with! Dont forget to link your projects on the Little Red Wagon Blog and to check out what the other "Girlfriends" have created!
