FCCB Challenge #226 - Kids Theme (Boy & Girl Robotz)


 Happy Monday and welcome to another Monday challenge!

Just a quick run down of the rules:

You may add up to 3 unique projects that meet the challenge criteria

You must use at least 1 Cricut cut, after that anything goes, stamps, svg's, etc.

Create a project for kids

To qualify for the prize, be sure to use at least 1 Cricut cut on your project and if it's not obvious, let us know what cartridge you used.


I have seen this cartridge out for a while and have always wanted to make these 3D Robotz and I just happened to be cross boarder shopping and came across the Robotz Cricut cartridge this summer for $9.99 in the clearance section of Hobby Lobby! 


I was so happy with how they turned out! 

Boy Robot
The little Boy Robot turned out so cute I could not resist making the girl, to go along with him!

Girl Robot

Details Boy Robot:
  1. Cut  the , and the Rotro botz feature with shift from grey cardstock at 11.5
  2. Cut the Layer 1 with the shift key at 11.5” from black cardstock.
  3. Cut the Layer 2/Shadow Feature at 11.5” from black cardstock.
  4. Cut the Retro Botz feature at 11.5 from Black cardstock.
  5. Cut the Layer 1 at 11.5” from the patterned star paper.
  6. Put all the pieces together to form the robot and add some google eyes!


Supplies:
Patterned Paper , chipboard & stickers :  My Mind’s Eye – Crazy Boy & My Girl
Cardstock:  Bazzill (Grey, Black)
Tools:  Cricut Expression, Robotz Cricut Cartridge (Robot 50 from page 77)
Misc:  Google Eyes (Dollarama)
