3D Spider Coffin Box

So I have been playing around again in my Scrap Room!  And this is what I came up with!

I used 2 of Lori Whitlock's new Silhouette Cut Files (3D Hinged Halloween Coffin Box, and 2 Halloween Spider Owl Set) along with her new Digital Happy Halloween Collection available at Jessica Sprague!

I cut the Spiders 2 times from her printed digital kit paper  and then trimmed away the legs and web on one for each of the spiders.  Then I scored down the centre to provide a little dimension... I also added some googly eyes and inked the edges!

The coffin is also cut from patterned paper from her digital kit along with the tag! I also added a glitter to a black button using some spray glue!

Hello Friend Card - The Cameo Spotlight Challenge #3

I decided to play along with The Cameo Spotlight Challenge for this week again!  This week's Challenge is a colour challenge, Steel Blue, Sage Green and Beige!

I found this cute card kit flower pot on the Silhouette Online Store by Lori Whitlock.  And as soon as I saw the colour challenge for this challenge I also immediately thought of the new For The Record Lines by Echo Park!

All papers are from the Echo Park For the Record 2 Lines!  I stamped the beige patterned paper with some white ink and a Paper Smooches Stamp to give a little detail to the flower pot.

The Flower pot actually acts like an envelope and the flowers pull out so you see the inside of the card!

I also cut 2 of the green layers and hand cut the leaves out  to give more dimension to them.  I also added a little Glossy Accents and glitter to them, then folded them in half before gluing over the main layer.  To Give the flowers a little more dimension I cut 2 and layered them together with a layer of pop dots in between.  Then to finish the flowers off I cut some felt and made a rolled felt flower the centre!
